For New York State and New Jersey, applicable sales tax will be added to the
invoice unless a resale or exempt certificate is provided with
the order.

There are no returns on cut or custom made goods.
No returns are accepted without prior authorization from our sales department.
Authorization must be requested within five business days from receipt of goods.
All freight charges on returns must be prepaid.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

| We will endeavor to ship by the most economic means. Costs will be included in your prepayment or added to your invoice (as applicable). Any additional shipping charges incurred due to changes in the shipping address, service changes, or delivery problems will the customer's responsibility and billed accordingly.
Minimum shipping charges are $12.00.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival
and report any loss or damage to the carrier. Once a shipment has
been accepted claims can no longer be filed.

Net 30 days for established accounts,
1.5% interest per month will be applied thereafter.
Please ask for a credit application if you would like to set up an account. Application processing may take up to 10 business days.
If you do not have an account with us all orders have to be prepaid in full by check or credit card.
Custom fabricated or special orders always require a 50% deposit.
